Mr. Valentine received his BA from UCLA, and JD from Loyola University, Los Angeles, where he was a Teaching Fellow for two years.
He has been in private practice for over 40 years with an emphasis on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate; Personal Injury; Real Estate; Domestic Partnership - formation and dissolution; Business Formation and Litigation; and Criminal Defense; and is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, and New York State.
Since 1985, he has served as Judge Pro Tem in numerous Los Angeles Superior Court proceedings as well as an Arbitrator on the Southwest Regional Arbitration Panel.
Mr. Valentine has lectured on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate procedures, and is currently authorized by the California State Bar, Trust & Estates Section, to educate senior citizens concerning estate planning matters and to protect senior citizens from estate planning abuses, including elder financial abuse.
